She is excited to now be offering Moss Vale yoga classes again and private sessions.<\/p>\n She founded and ran The BareVitality Studio in Balmain, Sydney for 8 years before simplifying life and settling down in the Southern Highlands.<\/p>\n Claudia has been working as Holistic Personal Trainer for 15 years, Yoga Teacher for the last 8 and added Pilates Mat & Reformer Teacher to her tool kit after having children. She is the founder of an Ayurvedic Online Holistic Health Program<\/a>\u00a0and App.<\/p>\n Claudia is also a certified Health Coach, Ayurvedic Wellness Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner, NSW Athletics Running Coach and specialises in Pre & Postnatal Movement.<\/p>\n Alongside owning and running studios, Claudia has worked with many health and wellness companies and brands, including regularly teaching Yoga for Lululemon.
